Agency listing information — business name, address, contact details, DOT accreditation number, logo, and photos you provide.
Content you submit — reviews, ratings, and quote requests (including the name, email, and message you enter).
Usage data — we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the Site, using cookies as described below.

2. How we use your information

To operate the directory — display listings, publish reviews, and pass quote requests to the relevant agency.
To create and secure your account and verify agency ownership.
To understand and improve how the Site is used (analytics).
To communicate with you about your account (for example, password resets).

5. Reviews are public

Reviews you post — including your display name, rating, and text — are public once approved. Please don't include sensitive personal details in a review.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Site. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see contact below).
