By using TravelAgencyPH (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What TravelAgencyPH is

TravelAgencyPH is an independent online directory that helps travelers find travel agencies and read reviews. We are not a travel agency, and we are not a party to any booking or transaction between a traveler and an agency. We are not affiliated with the Department of Tourism; accreditation details are provided by agencies and shown for reference.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account.

3. Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect your own genuine, first-hand experience. See our Review Guidelines.
Don't post false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content.
Reviews are moderated and may be removed if they break the guidelines.
You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the Site.

4. Agency listings

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Claiming a listing requires verification. Misrepresenting ownership or credentials may result in removal.

5. Bookings are between you and the agency

Any quote, booking, payment, or trip is a direct arrangement between the traveler and the agency. TravelAgencyPH is not responsible for the services, conduct, or reliability of any listed agency. Always do your own due diligence — see our Trust & Safety guidance.

6. Prohibited use

Don't misuse the Site — no scraping, spamming, attempts to break security, fake reviews, or impersonation.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelAgencyPH is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Site or from dealings with any agency listed on it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
